Website Adventures Shipping and return policy unless otherwise stated on our customers invoice.

     Phyllis pritcher PA of myfortlauderdalelawyer.comAs you can clearly see Website Adventures Inc. represents a vast variety of website mostly relating to the party and event industry, the new and used equipment industry, a website built to sell parts for any thing on the planet and a few general sale websites. We sell everything from very small items to the giant tents and air dome structures that cover stadiums on bigtentsanddomes.com. Throughout all of our websites there will be used equipment as well as new. There are no returns on any used items unless otherwise stated in your contract or invoice. All of our used items are inspected and most are tested before they are shipped. Items that are tested will all have our test results and findings in their descriptions. If the item does not state that it has been tested then it probably has not been tested or is one of our items that dont require testing.

     We do not sell junk. We strive to provide our clients with high quality items and we ship our items with high quality shippers to make sure it gets to you in good shape. We have had very little in the way of damaged items but please inspect your items before you sign the bill of lading and/ or your packing slips and make sure your order is correct. We want happy clients and we feel that good business is where both parties walk away happy. We strive for good business practices and we do the best job that we can to make sure that all of our products and all of our business together pleases you.

(1) Items in stock.  These items will be shipped within next business day after payment is received. 

(2) Custom orders.  Lead times will be communicated by your Website Adventures sales representative.  Items will be shipped at the time of completion. 

(3) Shipping time. We use independent shipping contractors of all different types to transport the incredibly diverse selection of items we supply to our customers.  Unless express option for shipping is requested and paid for by the customer, all items are sent by economy freight.  While you might receive your items within less time, please allow at least 7 to 14 business days for shipping. (many of our items have shipping calculators supplied by the shipper and they give an estimated shipping time from the shipper along with a tracking number which is emailed to you. Though we cannot be responsible for the acurracy of the shipping calculators suppied by these outside shippers they have proven very reliable so far.)

(4) Inspect Freight.  It is mandatory that you inspect overall condition of freight before accepting and signing the Bill of Lading.  Please indicate Subject to Inspection on the Bill of Lading if you suspect any damaged or missing items at the time of receipt.  For example: a fewer # of boxes than is noted on the Bill of Lading or ripped boxes.

***If you sign the Bill of Lading without indicating possible missing or damaged items, Website Adventures Inc. is not responsible. You will need to file your own claim with the shipping company.*** 

(5) Damaged Freight. Confirmed damages during shipping should be reported to our office within 3 business days after receipt, as we will need to file a shipping claim with the carrier.  You will be responsible for making arrangements with us to have the items returned to our warehouse and have replacements sent to you.  We will expedite this process as quickly as possible. 

(6) Refund Returns.  Only new items are eligible for return for refund. New items must be returned within 3 days in the original box and with all original documentation and shipping materials.  All refund requests must be reported to Website Adventures within 3 business days of receipt, pending our prior authorization. Items must be shipped back to us via a traceable carrier.  Customer is held completely responsible for return freight charges.  All returns for refund will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  Website Adventures allows 30 days from the date the merchandise is received to issue the refund.  Your initial shipping cost and insurance fees are non-refundable in any case.  Website Adventures Inc. is not responsible for items that are mishandled, lost or damaged during return shipping.

Used items are not eligible for return for refund.  If you have a problem with a used item that was not caused by shipping, (all shipping problems should be taken up with the shipper) please call us right away and we will determine a source of action. Used items are sold on an as is where is basis unless otherwise stated in your invoice.  Website adventures may at our own discretion choose to refund monies paid for an item that does not perform as expected but no warranty is implied unless stated in your invoice and all of our ads state this policy.  It is our policy to check all used items before we sell them and this policy has not been a problem in the past
